We provide a 3-month warranty on any installation carried out by AutoGuard. Dashcams supplied by us come with a manufacturer's warranty, covering failures or damages not caused by the customer or a third party. Please note that warranties do not apply to products that were not purchased from us.
Yes, you can cancel your order, but cancellation fees apply. If canceled before shipping, a £20 admin fee will be deducted. If the dashcam has been dispatched, return fees also apply. If an installer is already at your location, your deposit will not be refunded.
For health and safety reasons, we may need to reschedule installations due to poor weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at your convenience. No refunds will be issued in this situation.
Our installers take the utmost care during installations. If any damage occurs, it must be reported in writing within 14 days of the installation. We will investigate any claims and determine liability. If the damage is found to be pre-existing, it is the customer's responsibility to prove otherwise.
Yes, you can, but please note that our warranty does not cover products supplied by the customer. We only provide a warranty on installations when the dashcam has been purchased from us. Any issues with third-party dashcams must be resolved with the manufacturer.
No, our prices are fixed and fairly quoted based on the product, vehicle type, and location. We do not offer price negotiations.
We reserve the right to use photographs of installed dashcams in vehicles for advertising purposes. However, we ensure that no personal information, faces, or identifiable details that could compromise safety or security are included in these images.
